Who’s Who in America is a biographical dictionary of notable living men and women from around the world. First published in Chicago in 1899, it is revised and issued biennially. Considered “the standard authoritative work of contemporary biography for the United States,” it has also since 1974 also included some prominent people from other countries and representatives to the United Nations.
