American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (fAAOS)

Dr. Jafarnia is a designated fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (fAAOS). The fAAOS designation distinguishes orthopaedic surgeons from other healthcare specialists as the leaders of the musculoskeletal health team. Only qualified members can use the designation — including Active Fellow and Emeritus Fellow Members who have been certified by the ABOS, AOBOS, or RCPSC.
